Hi, and welcome to my blog.
My name is Rudi Ahlers, and I enjoy working with PC’s, networks, Linux and Open Source stuff!
This is also a work in progress, but I’ll try and update it as often as possible.
I use, promote & love Linux & Open Source Software (OSS). I also like to stay up to date with the latest and greatest technologies, so to some extend you can call me a geek. Though my wife, Petra, doesn’t think I’m a geek. In my spare time (very little of it), I’m going to compile some HOWTO’s on the stuff that I work with every day.
Furthermore I enjoy the great outdoors and wish I had more time todo some fishing, hiking and camping. But, hopefully one day, I’ll make enough money to be able to get those more important things in life.
